Everything connects.

Life is a personal AI organizer for your life. It keeps every part of it in one place, your homes, accounts, bills, cars, projects, warranties and the people who work for you, and shows you how each piece leads to the next. It works with you, and even with your personal AI assistants, if you so choose.

Create your account

The idea

A bill is never just a bill.

Think about what has to happen before a bill can reach you. You found a house and signed for it. You opened an account with the electric company and gave it that address. A meter was read, a rate was set, a month went by, and a card or a bank account was lined up to pay. Only then does the envelope arrive.

Every bill is earned like that, by a chain of places, accounts, dates and decisions, each one depending on the last. Most apps show you the envelope. Life keeps the chain, so you can follow it from either end.

One coffee, traced

8:06 AM. A $4.29 coffee at Sheetz. Here is the path your life took to get there.

On your card it is one small line. In Life it is the end of a drive, a stop in your day, and a charge you will pay off weeks later. Each is recorded where it happens, and each leads to the next.

  1. You leave 14 Maple Ave

The Life GPS app on your phone sees your stay at home end and a trip begin.

25 minutes: 12 on the road, 13 at Sheetz. Added to where your day went.

Your money

$4.29 from your card, then from checking when the statement is paid. Follow it from either end.

Your things

The truck's miles, the store you stopped at, the card you used. Each one now knows about the others.

Features

One app for the paperwork of a whole life.

Life starts with the accounts you already have and the documents they send you. Everything else hangs off them. Here is a taste; the full list is longer and keeps growing.

Home

What needs you today, in four lanes.

Alerts, action items, payables and receivables. A utility about to be disconnected, a warranty ending, a laborer who is owed, a project nobody has logged work on in nine days.

Money paths

  • Every bill, payment, fee and card line on every account, by vendor.
  • Payments link to the bills they paid on their own.
  • A line on your card statement leads to the account it paid.
  • What each account has cost you, and a calendar of what is due.

Papers and inbox

  • Documents land in an inbox and are read the moment they arrive.
  • Name the vendor and account, and Life files the bill, payment or receipt.
  • Life Capture for Chrome saves payment confirmation pages for you.
  • Send a private link so someone can ask you for documents.

Home

  • Properties with photos, purchase papers, appraisals, permits, tenants and units.
  • Warranties with their receipts, and a nudge before each one ends.
  • Storage, down to the shelf or tote a thing is kept in.
  • Battery levels for the sensors around the house.

On the road

  • Cars you own, lease or rent, with cost per mile and lease pace.
  • A shop invoice becomes a maintenance visit on the right car.
  • The Life GPS phone app records trips, stops and the car you took.

Projects and labor

  • Budget, milestones, team and scope for every project.
  • Store receipts become the project's expenses, line by line.
  • A work log with hours, materials used and the day's weather.
  • A time clock for the people who work for you, and what you owe them.

People and owners

  • You, your companies and your trusts, each with its own accounts.
  • A map of who owns what and which companies serve them.
  • Contacts, and a log of every call, e-mail, letter and visit.
  • Tracks for goals that take many steps, like a dispute or a refund.

The inbox

Scan it. Life files it.

A bill, a receipt, a statement, a shop invoice, a tax form, a certificate. Scan whatever lands on your desk and Life reads it, works out who it's from and which account it belongs to, and files it where it goes. You check what it read and change anything it got wrong.

  1. Scan or drop it in. Snap it with Life's phone app, drop it in the Life Inbox folder on your computer, or upload it.
  2. Life reads it. Usually within minutes: the company, the account, the kind of document, the date, the amounts and the full text.
  3. Adjust anything. Every detail can be changed, down to a single misread digit. If it names an account you don't have yet, Life offers to add it.
  4. It's filed. A bill joins the account's bills, a receipt becomes a payment, and an invoice paid at the counter becomes both, linked together.

Life's big moments

Ready when life asks for paperwork.

Because everything is already filed and connected, the things you dread most become a matter of opening the right page.

Tax season

Start from a year already sorted, not a shoebox of receipts.

  • What each owner can write off, by form line, with business expenses missing a receipt flagged.
  • Vehicle deduction, rental income net of expenses, and estimated tax paid for the year.
  • The state income tax return worked out line by line from the W-2s and 1099s on file. Pennsylvania's PA-40 today, with more states to come.
  • Download it all as Excel or PDF for whoever files.
Total deductions$24,118.88

Important forms

Forms that ask for numbers you already have, filled in from them.

  • Monthly operating reports for a bankruptcy case, filled in from its bank account, spending and unpaid bills, with the bank statements attached.
  • Each line shows where its number came from, so you can check it before you sign.
  • Gather the bills, payments and documents a lender or lawyer wants into one package.
  • Let an accountant or attorney ask for documents through a private link.

Budgeting

Plan with what you actually spend, not what you guess.

  • Spending on every account, by category and by month, with the year projected at its current pace.
  • Everything due in the next 30 days, with a total for each month.
  • Budgets for projects and for each kind of work in them, with what's left and what has gone over.
  • Spending by company and by category for each person or business you run.
Spent so far · 2026$39,680.80
Projected for the year$47,616.96

Personal agents

Bring your own assistant. Muse included.

Connect a personal AI agent, such as Meta's Muse, ChatGPT or Claude. It can ask Life about your bills, projects, warranties, reminders and places, and add work log entries, project materials, warranties and receipts, with only the access you give it.

  • You choose what each agent may read and add, one kind at a time.
  • Its changes wait for your approval, except the kinds you trust it to make.
  • Approve or reject from your phone, and undo any change later.
  • Agents get a few records at a time, with a daily limit. Never an export of everything.

Use cases

Made for lives with a lot of moving parts.

The landlord

Three units, two LLCs, one view.

Each rental belongs to its company, and each company has its own utilities, insurance and tenants. Life keeps them apart on paper and together on screen.

  1. Penelec bill for unit B arrives and files itself under Northside Rentals LLC.
  2. Home warns the account is due to be disconnected on Nov 9.
  3. Paid from Chase. The payment links to the bill.

The renovation

Know what the deck really cost.

Receipts, hours and materials flow into the project as they happen, so the total is right before the last board goes down.

  1. Lowe's receipt: deck ties and epoxy screws, assigned to Deck repair.
  2. Dan clocks in. The work log notes the materials used and 54°F, cloudy.
  3. A check from Usage becomes Dan's payment. Nothing left owed.

The household

Nothing slips through.

Bills due this month, warranties about to end, the car's next inspection. Life brings them to Home before they become a problem.

  1. Dishwasher stops. The warranty has 12 days left, and the receipt is on file.
  2. Monro invoice lands on the F-150 with the next inspection date.
  3. Seven bills due, totalling $2,796.96, in one lane.

The business owner

Every company, and where its money goes.

Spending by vendor and by category for each owner, by month or year, with every document a lender, accountant or court might ask for close at hand.

  1. Expenses by vendor and category for each company.
  2. Share a link; the accountant asks for documents and you answer.
  3. Formation documents, EINs and registrations on the owner's page.

Pricing

No subscription. Pay for what Life does.

Life charges by use, the way AI companies do: you pay for the work it does on your behalf, and nothing for months you don't use it. You set the budget, and Life never goes past it.

To start

$1

Signing up takes a card and a $1 charge. That dollar is credit toward your first use, so it isn't a fee.

As you go

By useno monthly fee

Life charges your card when your usage reaches $10, or at the end of the month, whichever comes first. Every charge is listed in Settings, line by line.
